Newly renovated Medium Bedrooms come with more than 3 meters ceilings height and huge windows, allowing for tons of sun and busy city views. The room includes all the necessary furniture (a single bed with 90×200 mattress, bookshelf, writing desk and chair, wardrobe) and a private bathroom. Room size 12 to 14 sq.m. Please note that Medium Bedrooms are equipped the same but might differ in size, design, or layout.
Medium Bedroom rent fee is 579 euros/month. To rent a room you are required to pay a deposit fee in the amount of 2 months’ rent fee. Rooms are available for 10-month to 12-month period.
