Student Residence Hall Kaunas is the first privately owned student accommodation in the city, established in 2015 and fully renovated in 2022. We provide high-quality long-term student housing tailored to international, Erasmus, and full-time students who need a reliable and comfortable place to stay during their studies in Kaunas.

Our residence is located on a quiet street in the heart of Kaunas Old Town, within walking distance of major universities. This central location makes it an ideal choice for students looking for student housing near universities, city life, and cultural experiences. The modern four-story building includes an elevator and offers 48 fully furnished student apartments in Kaunas, each with a private bathroom. All rooms include heating, electricity, water, and high-speed fiber-optic internet—everything is included in the rent, with no hidden costs.

The Student Residence Hall Kaunas is designed for students’ everyday needs. There are several spacious, fully equipped kitchens where students can prepare meals at their convenience. The property also includes laundry rooms with washers and dryers. There are quiet study areas, large communal lounge where residents can relax, connect, and build community.

Understanding that student budgets vary, we offer flexible rent payment options. Students can choose to pay fully in advance, in 2 instalments or in monthly installments.  Those who choose full prepayment receive up to a 5% discount. Our student rent in Kaunas is transparent, with rates depending on the room type and length of stay, ensuring fairness and accessibility.
