Student Residence Hall (hereafter – “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates this website (hereafter – “Website”).
Here we describe how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our Website to apply for student accommodation (hereafter – “Rent Services”). By using the Rent Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Why we collect personal information?
We use Personal Data for various purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, i.e.:
- To provide and maintain the Rent services, notify you about changes to our Rent services, and to provide customer care and support.
- To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Rent services, and/or send you information related to our product and/or service.
- Processing of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of a rental contract. The provision of such personal data is a legal requirement, and the data subject is obliged to provide the personal data, otherwise we will not be able to conclude the contract.
- Processing of Personal Data is also necessary when the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for direct marketing purposes. If such data is provided, the data subject has the right to withdraw such consent at any time by contacting us at info@studentresidencehall.com
Principles
When you sign a rental contract with us, we will keep your Personal Data for a minimum of 5 years after the expiration of the contract. After that, your Personal Data will be destroyed. The information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us for 2 years after giving the consent.
You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of Personal Data or restric
tion of processing concerning you or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your data not in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority
