Payment plans

Living at Student Residence Hall means no hidden costs. Room prices are inclusive of all utilities (WiFi, heating, electricity, water supply). 

We offer 3 different installment types:

• Fully in advance. You can get a 5% discount for paying your total annual accommodation rent fully in advance prior to the tenancy start date. This option will be made available to you if you have a 12-month period rental agreement and pay your full rent fee in advance. Please inform us if you are ready to use a 5% discount opportunity and we will process the invoice with discount.
• 2 (two) Installments (1st instalment prior to the tenancy start date). You can receive a 2% discount for paying your 12-month rent fee by two instalments when the 1st payment is made prior to the tenancy start date. Please inform us if you are ready to use a 2% discount opportunity and we will process the invoice with discount.
• Monthly Installments (1st payment shall be made prior to the tenancy start date, other payments should be paid before the first day of the month during the accommodation period). You receive no discount if you pay your accommodation rent monthly.

We send rent invoices to the email address provided in your booking before the first working day of each month. Our tenants may use online payments via a secure payment system, which accepts credit cards. Also, we accept payments by transferring money to our bank account. Rent shall be paid on a termly basis or you can pay everything upfront. Please note that the tenant shall cover the costs of bank transfer or card service.
