You can choose one of En-Suite Studios. Studio is an entirely self-contained one-bedroom flat with the highest quality finishes and a modern kitchenette with induction stove, sink and micro-fridge. Rooms are equipped with double beds (140×200 mattress). Studio room contains a spacious shower room (shower, toilet, and sink). Some EN-Suite Studios come with a balcony. En-Suite Studios are perfectly suitable for couples (room size from 21 to 24 sq.m.). Contact us if a couple would like to stay, an additional fee will apply for double occupancy. Please note that each En-Suite Studio room is equipped the same but might differ in size, design, or layout.
En-Suite Studio room rent fee is 679 euros/month. To rent a room you are required to pay a deposit fee in the amount of 2 months’ rent fee. Rooms are available for no less than 5 month rent.
